Who Operates This Website

Cielo Sur Retreats is presented as an independent editorial travel guide based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The domain is conceptual. The website does not claim to be a hotel operator, booking platform or licensed travel agency.

Reservations, payments, identity checks and hotel services are handled by the relevant third party under its own terms and privacy practices.

Scope of This Policy

This policy covers the public website, demonstration contact form, consent settings, local storage, external fonts, icons, links and optional Google Maps embeds. It does not govern hotel systems, transport providers, map services or external websites.

The current project is static and contains no production customer database, payment system, account area or live reservation engine.

Information We Handle

The demonstration form asks for a name, email, optional telephone number, hotel interest, dates, traveler counts, travel type, contact preference and message. The current form validates this information locally and does not transmit it.

Do not enter payment-card data, passport numbers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Why Information May Be Processed

If the form is connected to a secure backend in the future, submitted information may be used to review and respond to travel inquiries, clarify the requested destination and communicate about practical next steps.

A successful form submission must never be presented as a confirmed reservation.

Retention and Security

No form submissions are retained by the current static implementation. A future production service should define retention periods, access controls, encryption, backup practices and a deletion process before collecting information.

Third-Party Services

Google Maps loads only after Functional consent. Google Fonts and Font Awesome are requested from third-party content delivery networks. External hotel links are governed by their own privacy terms.

International Visitors

Visitors may access the website from different countries. Privacy rights and international-transfer requirements vary by location. A production operator should assess the laws that apply to its actual establishment, visitors and service providers.

Your Choices

Visitors can reject optional storage, change cookie preferences and avoid loading maps. Questions may be directed to [email protected].

Policy Updates

This policy should be updated when the website technology, service providers or processing activities change.
